This champagne of yesteryear is the result of the blending of old wines vinified in oak barrels according to the method used in the past. This is followed by a very long aging in the bottle during which aromas of fresh almond, vanilla and hazelnut develop to reach an incomparable complexity in the mouth. We bring it an ancestral finish by tying the cap made by hand. An extremely rare champagne.
